I live in Grand Rapids and I am looking for some lakes or rivers nearby to bowfish. anyone know of some spots?

Just kidding! Are you looking for any kind of fish in particular? I know they're hitting carp on the St Louis in Duluth. Here's a video link of a story that wdio did last week...

I have seen them bow fishing on the St. Louis River and many places are good for it. But look for really shallow waters loaded with carp. I think it would be a blast. Hey those Asian carp that jump look like a blast, but be ready for them to throw it back.
