Fish Lake Sept 4th start times?
 (United States)
QuoteReply

I heard some concerns about the starting times for Fish Lake.  If we start at 5:00 it will be dark just a little after 8 for sure.  Island Lake will be much worse.  The cost of living in the Northland, ahhhh.

Who would object to changing the starting time to either 4:30 or 4:00 pm?

It hasn't been changed as of yet, just trying to get some feed back.  If you want you can call me on the cell phone to express your view at 218-590-1712.

I agree, it really get dark by a little after 8PM.

I would support the 4 or 4:30 start time for these last 2 tournaments. What ever the guys want to do. At least at 7:30 or 8 PM we oould see the scale and all be off the water safely.

I know some people are going to have a tough time getting off work early.  I can do it, but can do either and bring a flashlight too.

Keeping this post as new...

Here is a pic of Shark's big boy on Fish Lake.  Just a hair under 6lbs.  This thing is gotta push 7 in late fall.  I wouldn't doubt there are more of them in Fish Lake.  This lake will great in a few years time.

Sorry for the blurry vision...too many trolls watching DABL.
