Thanks for the info Kurt,I was wondering about launching on Caribou.I will be checking the launch's at the smaller lakes on monday !

If anyone runs into any problems at any launch please call me so I can make any changes that are needed!

When a few members told me that they wanted me to look at caribou as a possible lake for a split I went and gave it a try I found bass that were very active on the docks and out in deep weeds I caught many fish over 3lbs but the majority was on one shoreline.I do feel the lake can handle our boats for 3hrs of fishing.

Please if anyone has any questions or concerns please call me and when I post the lake or lakes please call other league members that may not of heard.I have not been on most of the lakes so if anyone has any info about hazzards please share them with others at the landing or post them here after the drawing we dont need anyone wrecking a boat or getting hurt.

Remember use caution when on these waters and talk to the locals they may steer you away from under water hazzards and just may put you on some fish.

As soon as you have the name(s) of the lake(s), I am going to be scouting via a telephone and calling buddies that may have been there before.  So don't wait too late to let us know where we are going.  I also need to pull up a map on it, to study it too.  And run to the bait store..  just kidding..  I may need some new stick baits, rapalas rule..  Or a spinner bait for searching..

I will call a couple other teams to be sure they know.

Hey guys,  Twitch now has the Marine General certificates too.  So we can take care of that soon too.

The Pike Lake launch is a challenge.  Very Shallow.  I had to back way in (front bumper was 5-10 feet from the shoreline) and jack the trailer to the left a bit (into a hole of sorts) to get the boat off.  Fish were definitely there though.  It was fun for a few hours.

Doug, you dont need a map you got me remember I'm a fish magnet but a few spinnerbaits will be a good choice and a few rattle traps so if you got a some make sure you bring them.

Hawghammer, thanks for that info .Did you land any bigun's?
