Man I am getting ready for this. I have light sticks, new catfish rods with glow wraps, good line and now we are keeping our eyes open for a pontoon boat to setup for catfishing. If anyone sees a good deal or some pontoons that we can work with, let us know.
I have fished out of Larry Smith's catfishing house that he custom made on a pontoon boat. It was awesome. It was like a 10' x 16' ice fishing shack on a pontoon boat, with one side all sliding glass windows, propane heat, stove, refridgerator, plenty of bunks, a table to play cards with propane lights. Outside the windows was a railing with rod holders every couple feet. Man you were comfortably, warm and catching fish. That was cool. Now I want one some day.
