Them dumb bass are the tastey ones.  a little beer batter and deep fried..  hummm  the bass gods made em taste good so we'ld eat em.  Besides they fillet up easy enuf RO.  You should try a couple. Or eat some catfish, those flatheads make some nice fish steaks, especially blackened like ma makes em.
