Hi Jamo,  Welcome to Multispecies..  We are glad to hear all about the City Auto Glass Walleye Classic.  I was talking and planning on being there, then noticed I am already running an Ultimate Angler Event that day.  Darn..  Maybe if we plan a little better next year I can get in on that your walleye tournament.  It sounds like a blast and I love fishing Vermilion.

Please let us know how it goes.  If the ice is a problem, or is Pike Bay still closed, etc.

Thanks..

Thanks for posting, Jamie. I was planning on going, too, but my partner noticed he's already running an Ultimate Angler Event that day.  Darn.  Maybe if we plan a little better next year...

If anyone is thinking about going, it's a nice payout and the money raised goes to a good cause.

I would have loved to have fished it.  I have fished Vermilion since high school and love it for eyes.  Even when people called it the dead sea, it had good fish, if you knew what to look for.  I learned several walleye bites there.  I haven't fished it much in a few years, but it's time to brush up a little.

Thanks Jamie, we sure hope you post a few of the tricks used to win.  We're all ears about catching eyes.

Things are shaping up.  We are ahead of last year in number of boats and our sponsors have been very generous.  I will post an update after the event.
