Did everyone see the new Duluth's Community Newspaper "Duluth People"? It has a photo of Russ Francisco covering the front page and a full page story on page 3. It is a very good article and about a really good guy.
I am sure most everyone here knows Russ and can vouch for him doing everything he can to keep people fishing and outdoors.
