Lat year Doug and his Partner, Ouitdee and myself hit URL for couple of days. We stayed at a private cabin and we cslawed the slabs and the eyes along with the drums. Thinking of doing the same this year at the same cabin will sleep 12 people with boat parking. Last yyear it was $35 per person pernight, but that included all the slabs you could catch and eat. If enough interest is out there we could make a Mid-Week run. Ask Doug about our deal. What do ya think??>>>>later the load

I am in and think anyone that wants to experience slab crappies and walleyes, then URL (Upper Red Lake) is the place. The cabin was awesome and just a short walk from the West Wind. But we caught and ate all the crappies we could handle and washed them down with something cold. It was a great time. Anyone that wants to get on board just let us know.

Joel, we usually go on a mid week expedition near the begin of June. The crappies we kept last year had to meet our 13 inch minimum and the walleyes were a nuiance, at least we can eat them now. The pike were hungry and big. We learned a lot last year and this year we will take it to another step. You are very welcome to come one with.

Hey Loadmaster.. Can you talk to your buddy about that cabin or some place up there that we can stay at? That was a great place last year. I am betting things are getting crazy up there with the walleyes being fair game. Please check and let us know. Alrightly???
