Have you put your boat away for the winter?
 (United States)
QuoteReply

Alright I just put my boat away for the winter, this is the latest I have ever done that.  So I feel pretty good and learned more about the river the last couple months.  I had my stabil in the tank and have the batteries out and all clean now.

Does anyone still have their boat out?  Just curious how late others are going.  If you are still fishing please post to the fishing reports to let us know if I need to uncover my boat and go for it.

Thanks,  Doug

We put our boat away a couple of weeks ago.  Took the snowmobiles out of the garage and moved the boat in.  Funny how our cars never fit in the garage but the boat, 4-wheelers, snowmobiles, and other toys do.

The day is coming that I will have the same problems.  But I keep sweeping the snow off my boat and keep the snow down, so in the spring, my boat will be out and running as soon as the river is.  I am already getting spring fever.

You will not need your boat for the river not when you are using those 4pc catfishing rods (thanks to the USPS) just fish from the shore.

I am getting a couple good deals on catfish poles.  I will be doing a lot more catfishing this year.  Count on that.  It should be great.  You should try that some time Mr. Postman..
