Yeah, isn't that a heckuva thing? I sent an email to younews to fix it, but haven't heard from them yet. Actually, there should be about a 1/2 of the circle, which should be enough to click on. To be sure, try this...
 
- Click on another videos circle and you'll see the circle change from unfilled to filled.
- Then, click on the 1/2 circle that Younews is giving me. If it's successful, the circle for the other video you clicked on, will have changed from filled to unfilled.
- Click submit
