Looking for ideas for the upcoming season that were not discussed at the meeting.

April 15 will be the cut off day for returning teams to let us know their intentions.  With five new teams showing interest, we will have no problem filling 15 slots.

Like I said in the Members Only side, I want to go Live Bags only. the league will be buying them for use at the landings.

Always looking for new sponsers.

If anybody has a suggestion or gripe but does not to post them  let me know  (kit141@chartermi.net )

I agree with the live bags. We used one last season & it worked much better than a net. Especially with small perch that like to slip through the netting!
 
I'd like to do some sort of sponsorship again. If you want me to continue the big fish gift certs, I'll do that. If you have any other ideas, shoot them my way.

Left Durfee a broucher in his mail box and told him a few slots were open and if he wanted to join and get spanked again. If you see him tell him I was just kidding.

I am going to live bags this year because at some locations with so many fish caught I am sure the fish are taking a beating by tossing them into a net with fish on the bottom and then the time for measuring and carrying them to the lake and the gills getting caught on the netting can not be good. I figure with 6 bags, a team can be filling the bags with water, well another team is measuring and a team is dumping their fish. Hope it works out
