Join a fishing league..

Hey if you ever considered joining a fishing league, now is the time.

We will have room for a few teams, so let us know if one is yours.  I have heard from a couple people that they want in.  I think we'll be at 15 teams this year and it'll be another great year.  With the new rule where we pull the location of the Monday event the night before, it should level the field and there will not be any prefishing.  So it should be an interesting year.  It's really anyone's game.

Everyone is WELCOME.

We'll be meeting to start planning the 2008 season.  We'll be electing a new president, treasurer and members to the competition committee.  And we need to discuss several new ideas and changes.

We'll be meeting on Monday night, Jan 28th, 7 pm at Mr. D's Bar and Grill in West Duluth.  Please spread the word to anyone else that might be interested.

Thanks and hope to see you there.

Nay, I'll be busy this summer with several pet projects, so we need some new blood at prez and on the competition committee.  I think we should make a rule to rotate the titles or positions around a bit, so everyone gets into the action and work.  Just my thought.

We have a couple great guys looking at being prez right now,  LoadMaster and Scooter.  Either would do a great job.  I think we need some new blood on the competition committee too.  I think Brent would be great on it, Mark Jukich, Loadmaster and Scooter, Steve Ondrus, Pat Cooke, John K., ...  Maybe we should just vote for everything.  Nay a committee is better.  But come on Monday with some ideas.
