I know this is really early, But I start working on a camping trip for my family and friends this time of year. 1) To try booking reservation as soon as possible before I'm to late. 2) To give everybody a chance to make plans. Since this is my first year at Multispecies I thought maybe it would be fun to do a camping trip with the members here. No fishing contest, just a time to get all of our families together and enjoy the great outdoors. We usually go camping in a large group of about 60 people or so, but with age it has disbanded and families have moved onto other things. My kids just love camping with a large group and meeting new friends.
So, I am inviting the people of Multispecies to join us in a camping adventure. We are looking at going to Father Hennipin State Park on Lake Mille Lacs. They have group campsites available and I might be able to book them early. just wandering how many people would be interested in something like this. We're planning on going in the middle of June. Wed- Sun.
If you and your family would be interested in a long weekend of Fishing, Games, campfires and who knows what else, let me know and I will get start putting things together.
