Have had a situation like that myself up in canada, came around a point & all I saw was a mass of antlers, biggest moose I've ever seen swimmin across the bay...
Wish we could wait for morning to fish but the walleye bite on Tonka is at night, can get them during the day but it's tougher... Hoping for a few eyes tonight & am sure we will get into some smallmouth which is always fun, some monsters in Tonka... Will post how we do...
Best of luck to all that venture out enduring the windy, cold rain! One walleye floppin in the net will make it feel like it's 80 & sunny...
Wow a moose would be cool. You could get beached on a rack like that..
I bet with all the traffic there, that it is a night bite. Same on many lakes here that get a lot of traffic. Good luck and keep warm and safe.
Yeah post on our fishing reports, we would love to hear how you do. We will post too.
I know that a big walleye in the livewell will bring a lot of warmth, but will put on the boat covers too. Just to keep the rain out and do some trolling.
