Very nice. We did some sucker fishing recently and got some film too. We should get some out here too. But we first got the suckers over to Old Towne Meats to have them smoked. For $1/pound it's just too easy to do and cheaper than doing it yourself. Hey for a $1/pound they, the pros, can smoke it while I fish. I'll let you know how it turns out.
