Take a kid fishing day..

What do you think of the take a kid fishing day?  I know when I was a kid, I thought that should be almost every day.  One thing we have thought of is to have a drawing of all the kids here, on our site, and we will take the winner and a guardian, out fishing on a hot fishing bite.  If the winner wants to catch something more than anything else, we could help you get the odds in your favor as much as we can.  Say you want a big walleye, there are some awesome bites that we could arrange to get you on.  Or crappie, bass, northerns, muskies, panfish, salmon, trout, etc.  We have pros that fish for most everything.

This is just one of the ideas we have to help teach kids to fish and to enjoy it.  We will add a separate drawing for fishing gear just for kids, when we have a few more.  I am sure some of our sponsors would help with that.

I think thats a good idea to have toake a kid fishing day, but it dosn't seem like there are that many kids at the site? I would be alot of fun for the kid though. I'm still working on getting more kids to the site so we will see what happens. The gear give away would be a great idea though because its hard for kids to get good fishing equitment.

I agree, I think it is hard for kids to get good fishing gear.  We will have to see what we can do.  I keep telling people about the site and some are checking it out.  Some kids will too.
