To sign up a team:

Every team must print out and fill out the form below, then hand it in with your entry fees.  This is for entering a team into the Minnesota Multispecies Tournament Series, Duluth Area Only, Cloquet Area Only Multispecies Leagues or Duluth Area Bass League for the 2007 season. 

Be sure to get your receipt from our treasurer upon paying.
