The landing is not the best,but the fishing is good and if we go there early in the season we shouldnt have to worry about the water level.

Yeah I hear ya and I think this will be a small number of boats, for a shorter time, 2.5 hours and much more relaxed and for fun. We're going to get the non-boaters out. I think it'll be fun.
