I have the itch to get on the open water BAD.   I am going to hit Cabelas Sat morning to take advantage of the early bird sales, which is only gong to make things worse.  I am not a ice fishing fan, and the predator hunting has been slow the last couple months because there hasn't been any snow during the full moon.  Dec. started out great, Jan slowed with not as much success , Feb was even slower due to lack of snow, and it looks like March is going to be completely snowless.  Been my best year yet between my partner and me we have called in about 11 coyotes and killed 7 and called in about 11 fox and killed 5.  3/4ths of those were in Dec.

Find some good sales.   Just to let you know. Sportsman Warehouse in St.Cloud is closing. Guess there going to be marking down a bunch of stuff. If I had some extra $$$$ I would head up there.

Next year I might have to get a license and invite myself to hunt a couple times with you guys--- Might have a couple spots for you to try, But then again, I don't know what a good spot is- Just hear them at night out in the fishhouse.   I for some reason- Have always wanted a coyote rug mount- Stupid maybe,  But oh well.

Post some picture of what you buy for tackle, so I know what to pick up.
