Robbo really,really sick of working. Since Sept- I have had 3 Sat's off. Been working 9 and 10,s. Got off O.T. This week, but now I am driving 2 hrs one way to work. So its the same as working OT, but not getting paid for it. Really thinking of taking voluntary lay-off.
Onto fishing- last week was good. Some one seen us catch the walleyes and they moved in on our spot. I haven't been back since. Might head out there this weekend and give the Cats a Try.
Got a few pike last weekend on another lake. Bought a new (used- three times) auger. Pulled it two times and snapped the bolt that holds the recoil right off. Wife says I pull to hard---- I got a laugh out of that one. Bought the Auger from my brother-in-law, who is moving to Hawii with my sister and they say they won't need it over there. I think i'm going to work until noon tomorrow and stop at Strike master to get it replaced, hopefully they give me a deal on the part.
I'll be moving over to my Catfish spot tomorrow and will stay there until the 1st of the year if the Cats bite, they have been biting else where on the lake.
